峰迴路轉的人生，讓我從媒體、網路產業半路出家到舞蹈藝術產業，主攻融合風舞蹈的教學、演出、與活動策展等。在過程中也從瑜伽練習者順流成為了一位瑜伽老師。
在墊上的靜心，是屬於療癒自己的重要時光。Inside Flow之於我，是動態的靜心，搭配音樂梳理自己的身心靈，我也期許自己能夠將這份美好傳遞出去。
在舞蹈與瑜珈領域有多年著墨，教學經驗豐富，善於依據不同客群給予不同教材，依據學員狀況彈性調整。接受的瑜珈師資培訓從古典印度哈達瑜珈到新型態內觀順位瑜珈。對我來說：相信，就是力量。堅定著信仰，就是前進最好的動力。
